call vito's i just posted a thread about my reed spacer but anyway. 170 isnt that a little steep i would call the and the 36mm carb thats bigger than stock am i correct?

dude that is the best carb for the 240 kit, check reeds, check fuel flow, there is a screen from the gas tank to the petcock i believe, and i think you might need to drop your main to like 160, whats your pilot? how wet is the plug or is it?

the reeds are fine the plug is dry its like its not getting fuel but i know the carb is i have clear fuel line i can see when the bowl is filling it wont even pop off unless i spray carb cleaner in it

could there be a clog somewhere between the bowl of the carb and to where it mixes with air cause if it starts then shuts of there has to be something going on to where the motor isnt getting fuel maybe you just need a new carb?

ok take a little bit of mixed gas and put it in a spray bottle take your plug of and squirt a little but in you head the put your plug back on it may not work the first time so repeat it a couple of times and see if that works it wored on a ttr 125 that i worked on before

Don't know about the float I don't even know how u go about checking the float height and I have my airscrew at 1 and a half havnt checked compression but it is hard to kick and it is a whole brand new top end with 0 minutes on it
