carb help needed

i got a blaster and i just put new gaskets, exhaust, reeds, jets, and air filter in.... it wont idle... what can i do to make it idle...

is it the stock carb? still have the tors? have you cleaned the carb yet? have you adjusted the idle screw on top of the tors (assuming its still there) where is the air screw set at?

umm... iight... its the stock carb with new reeds and jets and my friends doing the work... idk what the tors is bec im a tard with carbs and idk where the idle or air screw is... but im thinking its just the idle screw or the air screw.... what is the tors?

so my friend just said that he tried that and it didnt work... so idk what it cud be... mabes the throttle piece bec my throttle body broke and i ordered a new throttle....

is it just idling all the way down and dying or idling high?????????/

it wont idle... so im assuming that means that when u dont keep the throttle in it just idles all the way to the bottom and dies

have you cleaned the carb? as in completely disassemble and clean all the passages?

not sure... i saw that it was off when he was working on it but idk if he went through it and gave it a thourough cleaning... but he said the idle screw did nothing

the one on the side of the carb or under the seat?

umm the one on the side.... thats the idle screw right?

that's the air screw. you should screw it all the way in and then turn it back out 1.5 turns. the idle screw is actually under the seat

alright thanks... ill see if it works... but if it doesnt what could it mean?

if it dont work then your tors system could just be craped out. if so just remove it not ot hard to do this will eliminate any probs with it.
