carb breathers??

ok on the blaster carb i noticed on the left and right side toward the top they have to me what looks to be like breathers.

whats the point do u need them, can u block them off???

that would be a dump tube. stand the blaster on its side and you'll see what they do.

Those are the float bowl vents, plug them and the float bowl WILL NOT!!!! fill up at the rate it's suppose to! and yes if the blaster is on it's side fuel will pour out of them!
