there is an added screw to carb, (idle screw?) the big brass screw in pic goes thrugh carb to slide, what the hell? also shold there be washers on top of needle to keep it from moving up and down? i can move it up and down bout 1/8 in, bike revs high with choke in runs fine with choke pulled out what is going on? its stock except, vorce reeds, moose foam filter, tors been removed and whatever mickey mouse idle screw added,
