I rebuilt my topend recently and now I cannot get the dang thing to run right. It is bogging terribly at all throttle levels and pours gas out the overflow tube. The plug is soaked with gas and the motor is just getting loaded up. I cleaned the carb multiple times, adjusted the floats time and time again and still nothing. Took the bowl off the carb to see if everything is still functioning correctly and it was - moved the floats up and down and they shut off the flow as they are supposed to. Put the bowl back on and gas started pouring out again. This is everything I am aware of I believe so any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. A friend of mine wants to buy this bike from me a month ago, but I haven't been able to get it to run right yet. I linked to a video of what it is doing. Thanks!!

That's the thing, I have adjusted it probably 20 times now, from way up to way down without any change at all. Waht do you suggest? Can anyone remind me what the spec is for it to be adjusted? And is that from the top of the bowl to the bottom of the float when it is all the way down or what? Thanks!!
