Just curious if someone with a mill/lathe could cut out a liscence plate frame out of aluminum with raised Blasterforum.com on the top and Built not bought on the bottom.

SICIVICDUDE?

OoOoOoOo Unfortunately, you need someone with a CNC controller to do that. The manual controls work great for straight lines and cutting simple designs (circle bolt patterns etc) but something as intricate as lettering has to be done with a controller.

The other option might be a casting.... I know someone with a propane forge, 79xs!

i could probably make one and resin cast them, but it still wouldnt be as cool as an aluminum one.

I know, which is why I suggested talking to 79xs. He has a propane forge and casting stuff ;) might be able to talk him into casting you something if you make the original (hand carved from wood maybe?)

So you are just wanting a frame, not a complete plate? Will this frame be for a auto tag or motorcycle tag? We do some plates from time to time but never and frames. Where will this be placed? Will it need to be the same size as most other frames or can it be a bit taller wider? Are you needing it inset for the plate, so that the back is flush? Will you want it to hold a plate cover?

I just want a licence plate frame to go over the license plate on an automobile. The frame will be put around the license plate on the back of my truck. What im loking for is exactly like this

but in the areas where lettering could fit on the top "Blasterforum.com" and on the lower portion "built not bought"

That would be allot easier to machine if the letters was machined into the frame than protruding from the frame. Is that they problem you're having, finding something that sticks out?
