does anyone know of a campground in massachusetts were you can ride an atv and they offer jet skii rentals or kyaks.

The ones in the state forest don't let you ride at the camp site, they have to be on a trailer.
If you stay at the Whitcomb summit motel in Florida, MA, you can ride right there. You could go whitewater rafting right down the road. I'm sure some place will rent you whatever you want.
