Ok so the story begins with the purchase of the first blaster 2 years ago I bought the bike for 400 bucks and a carb cleaning later it was goo to ride. I noticed when I bought it that the upper and lower a arms on the right side were bent bad what I did not notice however was that the frame was bent bad. Well I bought the bike to go on a trip with some friends to hatfield macoy in a few mounths they had been going for years and made it sound great so I had to go. Well I was realy concerned that the frame was bent and threw the steering off and could potentially break. So I hit up craigs list and found a great deal on a complete roller with a box full of motor with a full dg exhaust and jetted carb two hundred buxs so I bought it. All I realy needed was the frame so all the other parts were bonus. I swapped the motor and took it to hatfield macoy and had a blast. I bought the blaster because it was cheap and I am happy I did the blaster was blowing away warriors and 300exs left and right. Well I got back and wanted a rideing buddy so I gave the other quad to my brother with the idea that he would reasemble it. Well My brother has forsaken me he bought a 4 stroke. I guess at least it is a warrior still a yamaha. But now I got my project back and I am a man that loves a project.
So here begins the story of the secound blaster. I started with the thought that I would straiten the frame well when my brother took it he cut the frame so he could pull it back strait. and now I am lookin at it and thinking that where it is bent and trying to buy and bend the frame back I would just be better off buying a new frame. So I hit craigs list again and found one. The guy has a complete roller and other misc parts for one hundred buxs so I go tomorrow and pick it up and I will finally start on the build. Like I said I have a box full of motor and a rolling frame so I will take pics of the build from the ground up. I would like to here from all of you about your tips as the project comes along. all of the motor parts are there but the piston has a broken skirt and the dude that split the case mushroomed the crank. Thanks alot for any tips. Here are pics as of right now how the bike sits. also not sure what to post this under so hope this works for everyone

looks like a fun one. you might want to hunt for a bottom end for spare parts. i'm sure some will be missing. damn that wreck must have messed up whoever was ridin it. hope you're a good welder!

lol I am a state certified welder but like I said I am just going to go ahead and buy a new frame I found a pretty good deal on one. Also I have and engine break down schmatic and I do have all the parts but I need new bearing and a new crank maybe 4mm stroker eh also who has the 240 big bore and is it worth 550 buxs

agreed^^^^^

its actually cheaper when you figure in getting a bigger intake for the larger carb, getting a forged piston etc etc

no, LA Sleeve is the brand name, the kit is a whole jug, reeds, intake, piston etc.

they're the one who produces the CT jug

disappointment, the guy wasn't home today so I couldnt pick up the frame you know how you get excited about something and then you have to wait for it I feel like A little kid lol

finally got in touch with the guy with the frame and here is what I got frame with both a arms both sides swing arm and good shock all wireing and all cables with a back cable brake also came with a gas tank blue hood and back fender and most all the little bolt on parts 100 bucks posted a craigslist add and this was the only guy that responded
