BROKEN clutch basket, cheap.

Looking for an outer clutch basket, preferably one that is broken, sloppy or whatever but the gears need to be good. Let me know.

Why dont you just take the gears off yours once you get the new outer?

Because mine is in great shape, like no wear at all. Id rather keep the one I have the way it is and use another if I can.

Oh yeh i guess. i figured replacing means shot haha. like mine, broken fingers and 1/4" grooves

I have one. Has a broken tooth and shows signs of wear. I was saving it for rebuild.

Thanks for replies fellas. Im looking for something cheap but has good gears on it. I only need the gears to transfer to a billet basket. Like if someone had one they dropped and broke some tabs off. < or whatever they are called or one where the rivets are wearing out and the primary gear and basket have slop.

I have a good basket but that's the problem "its good" id rather drill out the rivets on a worn out one than a perfectly good one.

I might have one, I'll have to check. I've been terribly sick so it may be a few days before I get to the shop to look. IIRC the only problem was there was play between the gear and basket

No prob, I have been real sick also. I just got some strong antibiotics and they just make me seriously nauseous.

Today has been my best since sunday, still got a fever, but the body pain and headaches are better. I ran over and checked and its gone, either buried in snow in my scrap pile or gone to the scrap yard already, sorry man
