I was looking on eBay for cheap preformance parts and found a type of spark plug called a brisk spark plug is it any good and is it worth almost $30 and what are some good lil preformance parts for under $100

I doubt you will see any performance increase. I know proper gapping of a spark plug has an effect. When my LT was on the dyno we tried gaps of .022in and .028in. The .022in made 2hp more on my quad.
For under $100 you could get a high flow air filter, reeds, maybe a used silencer of some type and get jets for the carb.

Well I got a k&n air filter and boyesen super stock reeds, how much better are the boyesen pro series reeds
