Bought a blaster project.

I have edited it twice and every time i edit another percent sign changes to that other #37 crap. so weird
 
I feel right at home on this forum, lol.. Thanks guys for the welcome.. This blasty is killing me!, We took my buddies blasty lastnight and took his bottom end and stuffed my jug/head/piston etc on it. got everything plugged back in and kicked it.. we had no spark, So we unplugged the cdi unit and it fired.. It ran for a cpl seconds, revved out then shut off and sounds horrible!.. No more spark now lol. We have 2 blastys, 1 brand new head/sleeve/bore/ wiesco piston/rings etc. New reeds and everything.. So we are just taking both blastys and taking all the best parts from each one and building one sic one..

Also, I'm like 30min north of mansifield, Willard is a tiny little town!..
 
you sound like me when i started.lol well i replaced the stator and ext. coil and the 3 internal coils.(pulser coil lighting and ignition) i replaced the kill-switch and the harness. what i would do remove the wire going to the TORS brain box(above the CDI on the right side) try it for spark. if that does not work eliminate the kill-switch. if still no spark. eliminate the key switch. if you still have no spark check under the boxes on the front for a good ground. also if you need any parts like a flywheel or stater or cdi or anything but a harness talk to me ill hook you up. i got mine an electrical check so if any of thoes fail i would think about getting one. welcome bro your gonna love it hear
 
the crank shaft threads for the flywheel nut are sh*t. It won't thread on another nut off the exact same yr motor, I made a new thread of an updated blaster, Used mine as a donor quad.. I have another complete top end that metz in mansfield ohio punched out 0.060 over also new reeds and reed baskets, all new gaskets etc.. waiting til this one goes before we even start the complete rebuild.
 
what do u need? i have a swinger, back sproket 42t, like i said a bottom end with a sh*t ton of parts, most of the electronic parts, a steering column, clutch parts, a-arm tops.
