i finnaly got my bottom end pulled apart tonight, i need some advice on things that usually wear on the engines..i want to be sure and do everything it needs while im here the first time. so far its getting new...
crank
Crank bearings and seals
Output shaft (sproket shaft) seals
shift shaft seals

Sprocket shaft has some grooves in it. so i may order a new shaft along with the bearings that support it?
the clutch push rods are very discollored and look like theyve been really over heated, i believe i should replace these, unlesss its normal? isnt there a bearing that holds those somewhere? if so i'd like to replace the bearing as well

i think theres more but its at work

replace all seals, check to make sure all bearings move freely with no play. The clutch rod if it looks bad then replace it i think vitos or someone has the full kit cheap otherwise that ball could weld to the push rod if the rod lost its temper, trust me you dont want that happening. those are the only things i can think of right now, other then that just take your time and make sure you check and torque everything when it goes back together.

dennis kirk has a moose racing gasket and seal kit it comes with every gasket and seal except the stator cover gasket which is reusable, i think there only like 50 or 60 bucks for the whole kit.
