Bottem end rebuild noob

I'm good at the top end rebuilding but Iv never done a bottom end. I have mine apart right now for a new crank. now putting back together looks harder than taking apart. I have a cd manual on how to do it (pictures suck and its not a good manual at all). Can I get any tips on what I might need to do when putting it back together? its been apart for some time now because I havnt had the time to put it back together. My worry is putting it all back together and it not running right.

Another problem I have is that the oil change screw to let the oil out is striped to hell and will not come out of the case. Any Ideas of getting this out?

It's the factory service manual so if that isn't specific enough for you, you'll need to find someone who's put a motorcycle engine together before and beg for some help.

Other than that, dualstroke's pictures aren't a bad place to look although his flash made a few of the details hard to make out, haha! You can always ask for more details, most of the regulars know the case internals like the back of their hands and can answer questions from memory.
