Ok so im wanting to bore my stock blaster .20 over. Could someone please tell me all the parts, and sizes of the parts i will need? I am pretty much stupid when it comes to motors but thanks for any help.

Why do you want to bore it over .20. you know that is only 2/100th of an inch?? That will not improve performance of your bike at all. Now if you are boring it over because of a rebuild then, only bore it over the minimum. so .10 over. If you are looking to bore for power you wouldhave to bore to the 240 kit, get the 240 sleve or, get the 240 head.
As far as parts when you bore it over all you need is the piston and ring set that matches the size of the bore. They are easy to find online. Go look at a site like www.motosport.com

boring it over .20 wont give you any power. That is hardly any. If you want power either get a Por and Polish, cheeper and makes great power, or get the vitos 240 kit. http://www.vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/home.php?cat=248 There are other big bore kits out there that cost more but, some people think are better.

PM one of the engine builders that I mentioned in the post above. they all port and polish and can give you some good prices. The prices will range form $180-$250. I think it is well worth the money. You will notice when you get the P&P. The only reason I have got one yet is because I am waiting to do a $1400 engine build.
If you spend $500 and got a good P&P, Exhaust and air filter you will notice a huge difference over stock.

No problem...deffently look into the P&P. You wont regret it. Do you know how do get ahold of some of the builders?

dude if you go straight from stock to a ported cylinder matched to a pipe ur gonna crap yourself when you see how much more power it has!
i think Angus (kennedy_power) made like 33 hp with the shearer pipe he sells and his porting. thats twice the stock horsepower!

I know^^^^^ I think/hope thats what he wants so i just told him a bunch on info for nothing. I wonder if he just wanted a little power. lol
You could get an FMF if he wanted...He could just have the builder build the exhaust port to match thr FMF pipe. But, I would go w. F7, LRD or Toomy
nope. don't get an fmf. even the most savvy engine builder can't make a pipe suck harder or rev higher than it does. a pipe needs to be built right in order for a builder to get it to perform. fmf's have no bottom end power, peak low and early, have no over-rev and come on real weak......
my f7 ran great, can't say anything for any other pipe, but i got a shearer in my frame waiting for my jug and head back from angus (he's doin some touch ups to fine tune the jug to the shearer for me) so i can slap her together and take her for a spin!
