Bombardier ds650 VALVE HELP

Ok so I have a bombardier ds650 baja x an it wouldn't start so I decided to check the valves.. Anyways the intake valves have 0 clearance so we pulled the cams out to see if we could remove a shim from the bucket or something.. Well nothing can be removed so what could I do?

It sounds like the valves have bitten into the seats.

At a last resort you may be able to remove a small amount of material from the stem.

Not a job for the faint hearted.

Alright I'm goin to shave them down.. Not good how it is right now!
