bogging

My problem is that my 240 vitos blaster bogs out about 30 seconds after startin. I have ridden for months before this happened. I have a stock carb and have rebuilt it and eveything looks good, got new reeds and has a Bills pipe on it and still the same problem. I know I need a bigger carb ,but dang it was cool before. im just stuck and need to ride bad. I miss the woods. Thanks

check for air leaks, check compression, check jetting. the temperature is getting colder so you'll probably need to rejet if everything else is fine

have you tried the russian approach?
just take a big wrench and beat on the site till it works?
