bogging when popping the clutch?

i just rebuilt my engine its got a wiseco .050 over and i did a leakdown test and had a violent air leak it wouldnt hold any air so i replaced the crank seals ans it doesnt leak at all now. the problem is that i set the screw and jet to match the quad with a bad air leak and 30 psi compression before i rebuilt it. i have no air box lid, uni filter, 250 jet, no oil injection, stock pipe, 14/40 gearing and when i pop the clutch and at 1/4 throttle it bogs. i had the air screw at 3 full turns out. what do i need to do here??????/

go back to 1.5 turns out on the air screw for 1 and tune from there but popping the clutch from quarter throttle will probably result in stalling on a pretty stock motor with that gearing

even when i rev it higher and pop the clutch it bogs. what could that be because??

either jetting or just flat out not enough power to pull through

what size jets should i run? i have a 240 main and stock pilot. if its not that would a new pipe give me more power?
