This blaster has been rebuilt from bottom to top. All stock started it for the first heat cycle and its bogging terribly. Leak down test indicated all is tight as a crabs butt. Total carb rebuild new reeds went into the rebuild as well New air filter all done correctly. The oil inject has been deleted and the nipple for the oil on the carb is just sitting there would that being left open would cause very strong bogging. Please fill me in

The nipple on the carb open will cause a lean condition, block it off or fry your new top end. I do not think it would cause the bog, block it off and find out.

What is the status of your parking brake 03-06, and your tors.

It's a 2001 the tors has deleted and there isn't any parking break. So I'm hoping it's the oil inject nip. Or the jets in the carb I put in stock jets from a rebuild kit so I'm going to break the carb down and put the original jets back on.

Toss the jets from the kit and put A genuine 260 main jet in.

Then set the float level and when the engine gets hot on the next heat cycle, set the idle speed.
