i recently rebuilt the top on my 01 blaster it was bored .50 i went to .70 now its bogging in low mid kinda but comes to life in the powerband,i've looked for air leeks cant find any, i've changed the pilot jet from a 32.5 to 40 changes the main jet 10 times atleast. i'm a rookie at working on sh*t i'm just lost.help please

you sure its just not your powerband is stronger now caz ik on my yz80 im rebuliding powerband will snap your neck on that thing along with a banshee id say its normal man post some vids

depend on the bog, but a bog is usually rich, whats it do if you start at a low rpm and pin it wide open right away???? if you can post avid most of us can tell what needs to be done just by hearing a quad run and ride

adjust your air screw.. make sure its 1 and 1/2 turns out firstly then start it up rev it up and down while adjusting the screw. when the bogging stops you leave the screw there.

it only bogs when i ride not at idle,i'm changing my reeds this weekend see if that make a diffrence, but i did mix it kinda rich just to break it in i havnt even went threw a tank of gas yet so i'll go back to my normal mix

video man! seriously your getting all these answers no one no's wht the problem is till we see it in action
thanks

i got home from work today and messed with it i took the air box cover off and rode it for a couple min. and she came to life but still bogged a little not much i got to 5 gear and could hardly tell, the thing that really sucks is i dont know a whole lot about working on motors my uncle always worked on my stuff and he moved out of state and i dont want to pay $70 per hour.thats why i'm glad i found this site.i'm still goimg to change the reeds this weekend when we rebuilt it i noticed one of the reeds wasnt shutting all the way and i know i should have changed them than but i was in a hurry.X(
