If the head gasket is leaking it will be between the first and second horizontal fins at the top. A little oil by the exhaust is not unusual.
I wouldn't take anything apart until you find out if the stealership is going to do anything, which IMHO they didn't do it correct the first time. So it should be free. Don't let them tell you the head gasket is blown. It's made of solid copper and can't blow out. If the head nuts are loose, heat cycles will still have to be done.
So I started to look over it tonight and found out the spark plug somehow vibrated itself loose. I didn't even think that could happen. I tightened it down And it started on the first kick. Thanks everyone for the help.

That's cool that you found that. Everything that was mentioned about comp tests, leak tests, and general maintence are still a good idea to keep it running well for a long time
