Blasty still won't start. WTF?

I just got a new +2 offset key and installed it. The mother f**ker still won't start! Sprayed a little ether. There's smoke coming out the pipe when I kick it. Could it be the TORS? I unhooked all the connections but didn't cut the wires by the throttle or take the switch completely out yet. This is getting more aggravating by the minute. HELP PLEASE!! Any ideas? Reeds are good too by the way.X(

when you did the compression test the right way what happend?

I got about 125psi.

Good spark, 120+psi, Reeds are in tact, a little smoke out the pipe when I kick it. Tried with and without TORS hooked up. Two grounds, one by the rectifier and one under the seat...both good. New +2 key installed. I'm at a loss here, fellas.

I dont know exactly what the T.O.R.S. does, cuts spark or something else. I know it is intended to shut the motor down in case it gets stuck wide open.

When I removed my T.O.R.S. I removed the entire system out of the bike wires from the harness and all so I wouldnt get any problems from it. I also got a T.O.R.S. eliminator kit which comes with a new throttle cable, carb cap with cable adjuster and a new idle screw you have to install yourself by drilling and tapping a certain spot on the carb.
There is a real good write up on here by braaaaapptor well it is something like that he has a nice white Blaster.

Did you cover the oil injection input on the carb when you remove the oil injection?

I could pull the carb again and double check everything. Not sure what else it could be, and is it really that hard on them to do a bump start just to see if it will fire?

Yeah, I blocked off the oil inj input to the carb too. I left a few inches of hose and put some sealant and a screw in it.

You can bump start it bro. Thats how some guys gotta start their big singles give it a try and see what happens.

i dont think its gonna start..
did you spray any in the head and kick it.. i should do something when the spark goes off and it has spray in the head. if it does nothing then your not getting good spark..

Yes, I sprayed ether in the head, put the plug in and kicked it but it didn't fire. It had spark but I'll check it again.
