I have a 94 blaster its gettin spark an fuel an still wont run even tryd poppin the clutch any advice

check reeds ?
a broken or badly cracked reed petal won't run/start

also check the flywheel woodruff key that alings the timing, if it's sheared and allowed the flywheel to rotate out of time, it'll have spark, but at the wrong time.

flooded crankcase can also cause no start/run.
remove pipe from cylinder, turn off fuel & drain carb, run switch to off, throttle wide open and kick till your leg hurts to purge raw fuel out

If flywheel key and reeds check out do a compression test. If you are going to pull the reeds to inspect, might as well do a leakdown test before. You can use a good light and inspect without pulling them, at least for cracks, but you can't see frayed/chipped tips.

And at this point because you may be doing a lot more work on it, clean the outside of the engine BEFORE !!

You use a Blaster flywheel puller ONLY ! No 2-3 jaw pullers or hammer. Remove nut & washer from what , clean internal threads, back center bolt almost out of puller, thread into flywheel , LEFT hand threads. Tighten center bolt. May have to smack center bolt with hammer when real tight.
