blaster wont start

i have a 2000 blaster that wont start, i just got a new coil and rebuilt the carb, gets good spark. wont kick start but if i get pulled by another quad and pop start it then it will run, but very weak, the quad in front has to keep pulling me in order for it to stay running. what could be the problem ?

I would perform a leak test and compression test but it sounds to me like low compretion
