checked the reeds they look fine and the carb was just cleaned not to long ago this might help some more when it stoped runin i started it warmed it up went to get my helmet motor was still warm and it wouldnt sarted tryed new plug wouldnt sart

if u have good spark and fuel in the bowl its either the carb the reeds or the filter.....just as well do a compression tesy while your at it

yea im gana get to that and about everything else that could be it i got another carb for it its just not jetted right wta do u thnk about putin that on and sein if it starts then i have somewhere to go from

if your compression is low it wont start....check the compression first...and dont run that other carb with out rejetting it

^Yeah^, carb's should NOT be interchanged until your are sure that BOTH of them are jetted the SAME. Otherwise, you risk running lean and damaging the engine.

I have one more idea about your problem: If the engine appears to be getting fuel, has a strong spark, and the compression is at least 125psi (that's weak, but runnable), yet it still won't start...

Pull your flywheel and look at the key. All the fires of Hell won't light off your engine if they are not properly-timed. In other words, you may have spark, but is the plug firing at the right moment? That small woodruff key which holds the flywheel in place may be sheared, or it may have accidentally fallen out during assembly earlier. Also, check the seal on that side of the engine to be sure that it hasn't sustained damage or fallen out-of-place.

no im not gana run it with the carb i was thinkn putin it on just to see if it starts and then shut it off just to see if the carbs thje problem if so then i got an idea of wats wrong with it cuz i dont see just letin it idle with it for like 5 mins would hurt

Check compression, anything lower than 95, you need to re-build.
Clean your carburetor, use some good carb cleaner or sea foam...
If your still not getting it to start, its probably your flywheel woodruff key...
