Blaster won't start

I just bought a Blaster that needed a new top end. Pulled it apart and saw the piston skirt was shattered. Split the cases and got all the pieces out. I have spark and fuel but it still wont start? Where should I start troubleshooting.

If I have spark, does that mean my flywheel key isn't sheared??

STUPID TORS. Disabled as indicated in troubleshooting guide in the manual and it fired right up no problem.
