blaster wont start dont no why?

Hi i have a 97 blaster and it wouldnt run, i just put a new spark plug in and it has spark, i also got it bored to clean it up. i put it all together and it has compression but it wont start any suggestion on what i could be?

Check your reeds for damage, a broken reed could be the problem. Another thing worth checking is the carb to make sure you are getting gas and that the floats aren't stuck. or a jet is clogged.

See if it trys to fire up with a small shot of starting fluid. If it does you know the problem is most likely in the carb or fuel system. If it doesn't even fire on starting fluid and you are sure you have a good spark then you have something bad wrong.

ok thanks guys ill look at the carb and try the starting fluid
