You'll get it going... How's the air cleaner and air box ? Make sure it's clean and clamps are tight . If there's no air flow it will not start . Try removing the lid .

Put in a new plug NGK b8es gapped at 26mm

Seal up around the reed cage . Put a thin coat of that sealer I sent you a link to . Seal both sides even on the intake gasket

Clean and seal up the exhaust flange with some copper rtv ...let it dry over night

Get a tors elim. kit and throw that brick as far as you can lol . Install idle screw... cable and cap . Set the throttle slide up from fully closed with an 1/8in. drill bit under the bottom of slide . Adjusting with the throttle cable .Maybe that's why it's not starting in the first place . Slide might be fully closed .

When you have the carb. off let us know what jets are in it and also what exhaust is on the bike . Make sure the carb. is clean and float is set to 21mm . Put the needle on the middle slot and start with the air screw at 1.5 turns out . You need that washer under the main jet also

I can't mention any advise that hasn't been given already boss, but keep trying and listening to what the members here tell you. You'll get it running great, and gain alot of knowledge about blasters in the process.

Lol I had mm's on my mind for the carb float . I meant .026-032 in. 26mm would be huge lol

I suggest getting ahold of a repair manual. There is a link for an online manual floating around somewhere.
I like a Clymers Repair Manual, it has troubleshooting suggestions.
You only need three things, Fuel, air, fire. All at the right time and correct proportions.
Figure out what you're missing. Be methodical.
