I'm new to this but I can't figure out what's going on....so I hope someone can help. I have a 95 blaster 200 all bone stock. It has new cdi box, new stator, new spark plug...wire..boot and coil. I cleaned the carb and the jets are stock. Air screw is 1 1/2 turns out. Has all new wiring and has 125 psi compression but it still doesn't start. I have spark that is nice and strong and I'm getting fuel to the plug because when I pull it its wet. Also has brand new reeds so I have no idea what's gong on anyone have any ideas?

I've adjusted the float down already and it hasn't helped any other ideas? I've always been a dirtbike guy and in my 17 years of riding and fixing them this blaster is the first thing that has stumped me. It has fuel spark and compression and air flow so it should run but I can't get anything out of it. I even double checked my flywheel key to see if the timing might be off but that's fine too
Are you sure float valve is stopping flow when bowl is full? O-ring on outside of needle seat good? Set float back to specified level, elswise you are only masking problem and asking for more trouble later. Tors deleted? Parking brake switch deleted?
