blaster won't idle

Hey guys for some reason my blaster only idle's for a few seconds and then it stalls out. I'm not sure what to look for in this situation, I was thinking about checking the spark plug and the reed's to see if that could be causing it. What else should I look for to fix this?

Does it run when you give it gas, but won't idle?

yes it runs fine when i push the throttle, it just wont sit and idle very long, longest it'll sit and idle for is about 15-20 seconds without giving it gas

Sounds like it just needs some cleaning, filter/carb ect... You could try raising the idle just a little bit and adjusting your air screw after you know everything is CLEAN!

still using tors? i couldn't get mine to idle even if i had to...bought a new carb n cable, problem solved! still wouldn't hurt to do regular maintenance to filters and clean carb...if yur still using tors, try turning the fairly over sized flat head screw jus under the seat on top of the carb/tors (clock wise i think)...hope this helps.

filter was just cleaned and has maybe 2 hours on it after being cleaned, i'll clean the carb out next

Did you put a new plug in?? If not do so. You can't tell by looking at a spark plug if its bad or not.
