you must have been cruising and downshifted a couple gears and thought you were in reverse
^^^ LMAO that clip always makes me chuckle!
Anyway, yamaha blasters do not have reverse (normally haha speedemon) If it has a handlebar mounted reverse plunger, you're got yourseld a honda of some sort (little red button you have to push down while you pull the parking brake lever and then push down on the shifter to get reverse

A 2s will run in either direction. Roll down a hill backwards and pop the clutch!! HOWEVER it is hard on the piston as the thrust is on intake side of piston instead of exhaust side.
Most the time when that happens, the crank key shear and let the flywheel turn changing the timing off so much that the motor can run backwards.
Yup just happened to me last night. Finally get the little xxxxx where i think she'll run and bam. Another rtoblem. Lol
