Blaster transmission

Hello all I have a 91 blaster that ive had for a while and the transmissions keep going out on me like this last time my atv wouldnt go into neutral then it wouldnt clik into 4th it would grid and have a bad backlash.So i tore my bottom end all apart and found that my one fork ot sheared a little bit so i replaced tthatr and got new shafts with the tranny gears on it put it all back together and now it wont go into neutral its like its not engaging all the way..... Also when i put in my shift shaft it was rele hard to put it in and im thinking its bent so its not grabbing the shift star all the way and keeping the thing ingear so its messing up my transmission

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

When I rebuilt my bottom end my shift shaft went in very smoothly. I would check that first before splitting the cases again. Are you sure you put the forks back in correctly? They are numbered.

yea i did ive tore the bottom end apart atleast 3 times since i had it but i just put it back together and yea my shaft has never rele went in smooth i think it just got worse over time

Yea Im gonna assume that it's bent. I'd get a new one and see how that works.

yea thats really the only thing i think it can be because i know i put my motor back the right way the forks and everything in the right positions and it did this before i even tore it apart so im deff thinking its that..... i really hope so because idk what else it could be
