Blaster transmission reassembly question

Do I need to time or set the cam gear and output shaft gears ? I have all the shift forms placed correct with the cam etc I’m just wondering if there’s a certain way to time to two gears I have circled or does it not matter?

No if you have the two sets of gears, cam, and all three shift forks installed it basically only aligns one way, the amount that the shift cam spins just changes which gear its in
