Blaster tear down and rebuild..ON A BUDGET !

So, I got this old PINK 89 blaster for cheap, and decided Id see if I could make it look decent on a small budget, what do you guys think?

Pic on the right is what it looked like when I got it, pic on the left is what it looked like after I put about $50 in degreaser and paint and a $30 set of headlights.
 
edit those are purple plastics, blasty 95 woouldint like you if he saw this lol


Well its alittle more involved then just "spray bombing" I actually took the time to diss assemble everything, clean it properly, and paint it properly, took about two weeks total. And its not paint from a spray can, I used my spray gun hooked up to my air compressor. :)

I sanded it down and painted it with my spray gun, the degreaser was to get rid of the 23 years worth of filth left there by the previous owner, and the frames red now.
 
Looks better than purple. Did you use an adhesion promoter on those plastics before you painted them? If not it isn't going to last very long.What type or brand of paint did you use?
