B8ES plugs ?

Fouling plugs is mainly limited to rich jetting or weak spark
if you didn't change any jetting, the only thing that could cause it to gain richness is a dirty air filter or clogged pipe (mouse nests happen)

easiest way to start diagnosing weak spark is to change the plug boot, auto stores sale a screw on NGK plug boot for under $10, cut about 1/2" of the plug wire off and screw the new boot on.
check for tight, clean, bare metal connection of the solid black wire ignition ground at the coil bolt
