blaster rebuild

my blaster is blown. how would i know if i need to go to the next size piston? and how would i know if i have to hound my cylinder?

my piston was also blown trying t o find some local in my city/state was crazy. Gave me run arounds and crazy prices. SO i went to a guy on Ebay did some research about him and came back good. He has a Ebay store and an actual ATV shop..

I purchased a top end kit with gaskets and etc and sent my cyliner o get bored out with a wiseco piston moved my piston size up to 66.25..

Paid 192 for al lthis with free shipping when he sends it back to me..

Sent out monday they got it wendsday and ill got it coming back on monday april 16th..

Locally ppl wanted to charge me 250 im a newbie to rebuilding atvs so i thought that was a rip off so i turned to him..

$55 does not cover porting. He will bore and hone your cylinder for $55.

I took my motor out today and I need piston and rings cylinder looks good

me too i looked at mine like on thursday and i only needed a new piston and rings with a hone

do u know how much a rebuild would be if i just brought the motor to someone that rebuilds them

i mean if you want i'll rebuild your motor for you at $250 and you can pay for parts needed... because i think dealers and others ask like between $450-$800

I have rebuilt mine just waiting on piston to come in... to rap it up and break it in

That's if u dont strip the quad I have my motor out

Yea i didnt even strip my quad i will probably post pics tommorow showing my rebuild i had to take out my crank shaft because my piston got ate up and got stuck under the crankshaft as well as me having an air leak somewhere i had to change all seals and bearings as well as block oil injection and put on new gaskets but all you have to do is ship me the motor any where between $25-$50 and it will come back running you will just need to break it in easily for at least 4 hrs.
