Thoughts my bike is pulling left non stop,,really sketchy on a paved road would adjusting tie rod help..and how would i do so..sorry if dumb question.

Adjusting the tie rod length only alters the toe in/out, it should have nothing to do with the steering pulling either way.
Check for tread wear, uneven tyre pressure and bent steering geometry components.

ok thanks a bunch..no crashes so not bent frame..could be tires or sterring components..thanks a bunch
