Make sure the spark is blue and strong.

Are you getting fuel?? Make sure it's flowing to the carb. Make sure the carb is clean, and the air screw is set 1.5 turns out from lightly seated. The pilot jet should be clean, and the float height needs to be 20-21.5 mm.

I think your close, just something small holding you back.
