blaster not running right

Caliper!

Yu can also check the fuel level by lifting up the drain tube past the top of the float bowl, mid way between front and back.

Crack open the drain screw and the correct level will be the bottom of the carb body above the gasket.

After i hold the drain tube up and crack open drain screw, how do I check the level?

Clean carb, set float level, Leak test, plug chop.

Ok I've done everything and now im thinking it could be a electrical problem.. I did have spark and then I tested it again and im not getting spark. The last time I rode it , it bogged down and shut off and It hasn't started since. Could it be the coil?

Could be anything from a dirty ground, to a spark plug.

Start at the beginning with the stator coil, after you check the grounds and try a new plug.
