200 blaster; Running just fine, had lunch, will not start again!
Changed oil, cleaned: filter, new spark plug, gets spark, gas, took compresson test (60lbs) after several kicks, sprayed starter fluid in spark plug hole - put back in, kick but no start???

Any ideas?

The low compression is a concern but believe it or not I had a Blaster that ran surprisingly well with 45 PSI. (don't ask me how) Even so, that is a pretty sudden failure. Unless you slagged the piston without noticing, compression just doesn't normally evaporate.

Run your comp test again just to be sure. It is important to hold open the throttle and kick until it stops rising, up to 20 kicks.

sure it can, will he's out riding and haveing fun the engine is hot, piston and rings are expanded out so they are squeezing a little more compression. Now go take a break, engine cools parts contract and you lose what compression you was running on.

That is very low compression. It's also possible your reeds just got frayed, chipped, or ate a lil making a motor already struggling to run, dead now.
