ok i started my blaster today it ran fine i put it in gear went to pull off gave it some gas started to pull of it moved about 4 foot made a loud clunk sound an died i went to kick it an the motor was locked up it wasnt very hot the motor was only runnin for about 3 minutes tops. could my oil injection system have went out if so how do i check to see if that was the problem its a 2006

Did you warm it up? It's possible that the oil injection went out, but that's a huge debate about Blasters, but many people have it working great...

was it making any strange noises before it locked up?

what was the temperature outside? it's possible that you cold seized it.

I would start by pulling the clutch cover to see if there is something askew there

sounds like it could be anything, starting in the clutch side is a good idea, you could just get right to pulling the cylinder also, base gaskets aren't that expensive

i wana say it cold seized leting. it warm up for three mintues in the middle of winter, is only asking for trouble.
that pistion is going to expaind alot faster then the iron sleeve its surronded by.
i realy dont want to say oil injection failed, there has not been realy any cases on here where it has realy failed.
geting rid of it is just one less thing to worry about, and then you can mix at whatever ratio you would like.
i would pull the head off and check the cylinder walls, and pistion for anything that doesnt look right. dont forget a new head gasket, and while your in there snap some pictures.

Have you tried shifting to neutral and trying it? Try with clutch pulled. If you have tried this then pull clutch cover and look for damage. Then pull pipe and look into ex port for damage, then pull head, then cylinder. There's a download manual somewhere here or buy a Clymers manual.

If you let it warm up for 3 minutes then cold seize probably is not the problem. If you start them up colt and take right off that is when it usually happens due to the rapidly expanding materials at different rates.
