Hey guy, New here but i was a long time lurker. Finally got a blaster in july/august and it was in decent condition and i knew it would probably need some work. a few days after getting the blaster it stopped moving. i opened up the clutch cover to find the key that goes onto the shift drum fell out. so i tried replacing it and saw that it was in very bad condition. so ended up opening the cases and replacing the thing.
Sooooo here is the problem. The blaster goes into gear and you can feel the gear clicking but it won't take off. I have the plates and clutch things adjusted and torqued to spec. but it still wont take off. when kick starting it in gear it will move a bit but once its on and running then it wont even budge.
so if anyone has any idea or any help then please do post!!
