blaster for kx125??

i am local to a guy who has a kx125 and asked if he would trade for my blaster is it fair he has 1998 KX 125. It has been a very reliable bike. New clutch, FMF exhaust, FMF grafics. Comes with another back tire.
and i have some mods on my blaster but should i mention them all? or what?

well i have:
Holeshot rear tires 95% tread or so on .125 douglas rims

F7 pipe/pwc2 silencer

03+ hood style with the mesh can be found on project blaster with wally lights

Banshee rear brakes

Banshee axle with brake hub and carrier

trx250r rear shock

i think that is it

if you have a trx id get the bike it cuz you would still have a quad sounds good to me
