Blaster for a DR 250

I am looking to lose the blaster and get an enduro bike for on/off road use. Someone is willing to trade me their 1990 DR 250 and give me 100 cash for. Does anyone think this is a good deal? I don't really know what there is to do to a 4 stroke bike besides exhaust and air filter. I'd like to be able to customize it a little.

I can meet the guy on Thursday. His bike is listed on CL for 950 while mine is 1200 firm. So what should I do? My girl says to sell the blaster and then buy something cheaper and then buy a second project bike to tinker with.

the girl is right you can probley get a better enduro if you sell the blaster and then find a beat blaster for real cheap

if I where you look for a street legal kdx220 but if you really want a power house get a xr650R or even the xr650 the regular really fast and im sure you can find one for around 1500$ if you spring the extra cash
