I just rebuilt my blaster engine and it will start up but it will not idle or rev up . I have keihin carb I thinkiit is a 34mm carb. Whay can I do to fix it

You need to list all mods jetting and elevation. If it's a pj 34mm carb the idle is adjusted by turning the choke knob.
