if you dont want to take it to a shop to save money....your running out of options ...check for any electrical tap as well sure sign of ass backward wiring...
there is also the option of dumping a little bit of gas right in spark plug hole.....if it fires up longer then before then there you go it carb related..im sure alot of peeps will be like what the heck is he talking about moron.....i have done it on small motors like chainsaws weed wackers ect ...when your just to lazy to clean carb lol

or in a hurry... cold wheather dont help either..al though it should still run and start.....how the heck are you going to adjust carb perfectly if you cant start it...or ride it ??......does your chock stay out when you pull it?? or does it go back in after you kick it ...if it does you will need to hold it or fix it.....you may have even lowered the compression by changing piston and ring if you got the wrong size???? to all of fellow blaster forum people take it easy sometimes people need to be talked to like little kids not saying your a kid cuz your actually older then me lol
