slickerthanyou New Member Dec 23, 2009 7,615 140 0 Aug 2, 2012 #4 Cheapest way is to find a 03+ blaster part out-remove the front end swap it on the 99 and take the rear system and swap it on the 99. Or replace all the cables, shoes, pads on the 99, and adjust everything to spec.
