Big bore gaskets

Do I need the whole gasket kit for a big bore or just the bigger head gasket?

Really, the only difference between big bore gaskets and regular is the head gasket but most of the time, when you need a head gasket, you need the others too. Why not buy a top end gasket kit?

I already bought a complete gasket kit off of cometic and have everything. Is there even a size difference in the big bore gaskets and regular?

Yes, the head gasket inner diameter is larger (73mm instead of 68.25mm) but other than that, no differences
