I've built an 04 Yamaha blaster with just about everything you can get from Vito's, only issue is that I cant get the thing to run right. I've installed the 240cc Cylinder w/ a 3mm stroker crank, a Toomey B1 blaster pipe and a genuine Keihin pwk 35mm carb. I did a pressure test and had to reseal the reeds but now all that's well checks out. now however it seems to be running super rich and yet still lean at the same time. I have a 225main with a 38 pilot. I have the clip set to the leanest position as that's where it seems to perform the best but then it just burgles on decell
Would anyone know a good place to start with the jetting for a build like this? I tried calling vito's but the lady who answered said the guy who did that stuff had retired
