big bear 400 problems

one of my buddies has I think a 02 bigbear 400 it will not get spark at all has bought 3 different plugs a new cdi box and a new starter any ideas on what is wrong

check all the grounds, all wire connections. if you have a manual, check coil resistance and test the stator. if you dont have a manual, time to get one. also check your key switch to be sure it is good. if it has a neutral safty switch, check that. check all fuses.
