thats not really the bearings, thats the bushings the needle bearings ride on, chances are if the bushings look that bad, the bearings are shot.
the bearings are still in the swingarm, and should also be cleaned and regreased, or replaced if found to be bad, usually the rollers will fall out when they are bad, if they're even still present and didn't get all chewed up yet ??
i clean those bushings with gas, then wire wheel them, if they have large pitting where the bearing rides (outside edge) all will need replaced.
pics of last weeks swinger bearing repair.........
pulled the swinger to replace the chain guide, at first thought this was mouse chit, LOL
the bearings just fell out all chewed up
used a grinder and cutoff wheel to carefully steal a decent shape bearing from a stock length swinger
what it should look like
removed, cleaned, greased and reinstalled the rollers
i usually don't hack, saw and destroy things like this,
i would have bought new for my white blaster, but this is just the spare blaster
